What’s In My Bag: Summer Edition Featuring Natalie

How would you describe your summer aesthetic or vibe this year?

My summer aesthetic is very feminine, elegant, and effortlessly chic.  I like to maintain a glowing skin, paired with stylish outfits, iced coffee, golden-hour walks, and lots of photo-worthy moments.

THE BAG

Which bag are you featuring this summer?

I’m featuring my cream shoulder bag which has basically become my everyday bag. I love its clean silhouette, soft neutral color, and how effortlessly it pairs with almost everything in my wardrobe. It feels minimal, chic, and timeless. Plus, it’s surprisingly spacious, which is a huge bonus for me.

Why is this your go-to bag lately?

Honestly, it just goes with everything.  I love pieces that feel timeless rather than trend-driven, and this bag strikes that balance perfectly. It’s simple, elegant, practical, and adds a polished touch without trying too hard. Plus, the neutral color makes it incredibly easy to style all summer long.

INSIDE THE BAG

Sunglasses

My first essential is a pair of sunglasses from MUUT that lives in my bag year-round, but especially during summer.

Why? It’s both practical and aesthetic. They protect my eyes from the sun and instantly make any outfit feel more put together.

Would you recommend it? I would absolutely recommend it.
I think a good pair of sunglasses is one of the easiest ways to elevate a look.

Is there a story or habit behind it? I usually leave the house in a rush, but if I forget my sunglasses, I’ll actually go back for them. That’s how important they are for me haha.

Lipgloss

My second essential is my favorite lip gloss from BE ON TIME
that I carry everywhere.

Why? It keeps my lips hydrated and makes me feel fresh and polished even when I’m wearing minimal makeup.

Would you recommend it? Definitely. It’s probably the beauty
product I reach for the most throughout the day.

Is there a story or habit behind it? I actually keep one in every bag I own, just in case I forget to throw it in before heading out.

Sunscreen

I also can not live without my Roundlab sunscreen that stays in my bag for quick reapplication during the day.

Why? 100% practical. Living in Korea means I’m often walking around or filming outdoors, so sunscreen is non-negotiable for me.

Would you recommend it? Of course. It’s one of the best things you can do for your skin.

Is there a story or habit behind it? I’ve become much more consistent about sunscreen over the years, and now I never leave home without it. 

Mini Tripod

Last thing is a compact tripod that fits inside my everyday bag.

Why? As a content creator, I’m always filming on the go, whether it’s a fashion video, travel content, or a spontaneous photoshoot.

Would you recommend it? Absolutely, especially if you love documenting your life or creating content.

Is there a story or habit behind it? My tripod comes with me almost everywhere. I enver know when I’ll find a beautiful location.

What’s one item people would be surprised to find in your bag?

Probably dog treats. I always keep a few in my bag for my dog, Bambi. Even when I’m heading out without him, I somehow forget to take them out.

One item you think everyone should carry during summer?

Sunscreen and water. They might not be the most exciting essentials, but protecting your skin and staying hydrated can make all the difference during hot summer days in Korea.
