Make Your Content Memorable Featuring Audrey
When someone comes across your content, what do you hope they instantly recognize as you?
When people come across my content, I hope they instantly recognise my cozy atmosphere and cute editing. I want my videos and pictures to leave viewers with a sense of comfort and peace, as an escape from everyday life.
How would you best describe the creative identity or “signature” behind your content?
My signature style combines a blend of cottage core aesthetics, cozy storytelling and cute detailed editing. I love turning everyday moments into beautiful visuals.
Was your style something intentional from the beginning, or did it develop over time?
When I first started content creation I was sharing similar contents but as I continued creating, my style has really defined itself over time and became a reflection of who I am and things I like.
Was there a moment where you remember when it really just clicked?
A few years ago, I used to focus more on following trends and what bigger creators were doing. By overtime, I realised that staying true to your identity and aesthetic is what matters. It keeps your creativity alive and attracts people who genuinely connect with your content. With trends changing so fast, it is really refreshing to see content creators who stay authentic to who they are.
What do you think makes audiences remember certain creators?
I feel that audiences tend to remember creators that have a signature content. Something that they do repeatedly and distinguish them from others.
Give tips: What are some small creative choices that helped strengthen your personal brand?
I recently started a TikTok account where I share mainly evening routine videos. At first I worried the videos were too similar, but I quickly realised that this is exactly what my audience wants to see.
How do you evolve without losing that identity that you crafted?
The most important thing is to share what you genuinely like. Trends are constantly changing, different aesthetics and content types will go in and out over time.
What mistakes do creators make when trying to grow too quickly?
I believe the biggest mistake a content creator could make is focusing too much on numbers. Content creation is a very competitive field, one day you might get amazing engagement and the next, it could hit rock bottom. As long as you enjoy creating content, there is a place and opportunities for you.
What would you recommend creators focus on first when trying to build a memorable brand?
The first question to ask yourself is why you want to post on social media and what kind of creator you want to become. It will shape your goals and the content type you will need to post. My biggest tip would be to focus on one or two content types and post as often as you can.
